It's more of a prescribed thing, docs will measure your age and weight and your degree of brightening needed, hard to eyeball the dosage yourself. It's mostly used to get skin similar to how bright it was when you were a baby
Not sure if it's possible to get any brighter than that without laser melanocyte extermination
