Injectable and topical really depend on what the end goal is for most people topical will be fine it really depends on what you want look up the differences and compare for what you want

Always topical. Never inject. When you inject you run the risk of hitting a nerve, profusely bleeding, infection. (Many people have died from infections)

Don't take that risk. Topical is good enough
