Injected too much retatrutide

I bought it from a new cheaper vendor, I injected 2.5mg. I didn't feel much for the first 2 days so to test if I got scammed I injected 5 mg more.
This was a stupid decision.
Now I feel too full even after having a bite of something and I feel nauseated especially during workouts. What should I do?

Avoid fatty large meals for now, and maybe don't work out for a bit, or atleast low intensity. Make sure to drink water with electrolytes, small sips if you can't drink too much.

You could try really tasty food like Calorie dense food so you can eat enough.
Don't go too hard on fat, right? Probably decent mix of carbs is okay.

You can also be lazy and not burn a lot of calories if you're worried. Or just deal with it, bro.
