I am considering the mechanics of it; I don't see why it couldn't benefit, in order to add more size flaccid, and erect;

It is possible, it is done.
I doubt I'd do it... My main immediate problem is mechanics. There's no bone, so to say, unlike skull. Should work for girth, but filler is sort of hard and clumps up, into droplets, like a capsule. Without there being a bone behind, somewhere, might be hard to smooth it out. Might end up feeling plasticky and fake, idk. On the other hand, it might become a sort of elaborate dildo, so it could feel incredible to the girl, but would be fake af, at that point.
Women inject their tits though.

It’s done in the subcutaneous layer only - using blunt cannulas (needles could enter a blood vessel) and not in the deep tissue.

You say “Penis soft tissue”... well the spongey tissue of the penis is very unique made up of Corpus Cavernosum. These “caverns” are connected to the blood vessels which fill them to hold blood during erections. If you inject filler into the spongey tissue you will cause serious damage.
