Natural gh secretion is in the deep sleep phase of your sleep, as more hours of deep sleep you have as more gh will be secreted.
For example: The same person A sleeps two nights, in both person A has the same stress levels, same sport, diet, etc. The only difference is that the person had in Night 1, 1 hour and 30 minutes of deep sleep, and in Night 2, 3 hours of deep sleep.
This means that person A secreted more gh in Night 2 because there was simply more time to secrete gh.
But there's a catch - gh secretion isn't linear, we can surely say person A secured more gh in Night 2, and that is true. But if we add another Night (Night 3), in which person A slept even 8 hours in deep sleep, this doesn't mean that gh is even higher. Because the body will stop production gh at some baseline.
For further understanding: Injecting 4 IU hgh before sleeping will hinder natural gh production.
This is referred to as a negative feedback loop. If you inject synthetic HGH (for example, 4 IU) before sleep, it could lead the body to think that there is enough GH present, and it may downregulate the endogenous production.
In comparison to natural GH production in one night, 4 IU can be considered a moderate to moderate-high dose. If injecting before sleep, a higher dose may be required to surpass or replace natural production.
Some professionals recommend injecting GH in the morning as this may coincide with the natural pattern of GH release during sleep. Especially if your not megadosing.
