Injecting L carnitine

I am thinking of injecting L carnitine in a few months after I finish school. I will be fasting doing cardio and sauna. Does L carnitine work well?

In my experience the results were minimal after running it for 6 months but definitely works, the protocol is pretty strict and not worth the effort imo but if ur desperate go for it
