No lol the whole point of injecting a generic compound is for it to affect the whole of the body if you were to want local effects you’d js use topical creams(this is why some people prefer to use tret as opposed to accutane so as to mitigate the latters more grievous side effects); even if it did work the way you think it does(where you inject it is where it works) it would still be stupid asl why would you want your nose and ears to be bigger?
