Whats the best place for injecting and how do i make sure i dont damage anything? Injected into my thigh in the middle a bit on the outside and i can barely walk 2 days later, think its cause i moved my muscle while injecting on accident. Used a 25g 25mm needle

I've injected in almost all muscles, bc I have to inject daily.

Right now my rotation is: Lats, Side Delt, Ventroglute, Dorsoglute

Easiest place to inject with no pain imo is going to be ventroglute

Test E has a half life of 4,5 days... The only Ester that need to be pinned ed is propionat

I pin tren-ace daily to avoid bad sides. bc you really want to pin tren-a ed or eod
