No. Do not ever inject testosterone during puberty especially without experience. You don't want to shut down your natural test production or mess with your hormones during your development unless you know what you're doing.

Lifting will not do anything for Testosterone. If anything, the stress to the body will not only temporarily decrease T production in the testies, but will also decrease the bioavailable T/E/DHT in the blood. It is good in the long term in the sense that stressors will have less of an effect on your T

Eating well is also cope, at least the kind of healthy eating you probably promote.

And Ashwagandha will decrease your Estrogen, DHT and will maybe normalize T to the same level taking some Vitamin C will, and maybe temporarily increase the bioavailable T/E/DHT in your blood by very little. And even then, it's at much much higher doses than you would take even in 5 pills, daily, for a long period of time.
