Injection caused infection? (Advice/insight wanted)

103.8F fever , itchy throat, swollen looking under eyes, I feel very dehydrated, persistent bruise on stomach where I pinned. I just got chills twice in the last 5 minutes.

I'm going to just hydrate, sleep, and we'll see if i wake uo in like 12 hours. I had pnemonia, the flu, and pink eye all at the same time before so hopefully this isnt as bad because ts almost took me out
