had a left shoulder subuluxation from doing lat pullovers like a dumbass around 2 months ago, went to three specialists and got an mri done, results said this:
- Mild Hill-Sachs deformity (with very mild bone marrow edema)
- Anterior-inferior labrum truncation / suspicious for a tear (fits prior subluxation/dislocation pattern)
been doing PT for a while but i tried throwing a punch and i heard my shoudler click but i have no pain but im paranoid that i might screw things up. Arm feels slightly heavier but am i cooked? range of motion is the same i dont feel instability or anything im just worried i made my current situation worse.
