How do i study with innatetive adhd please tell me bc i have exams soons and its impossible and im stressing losing sleep bc i cnt study i load up the fuckin laptop and then i just dget dustracted then it gets boring and i zone out and shut it please help im in the process of getting my meds in a few months and my school dont give a flying fuck about the adhd aspect for my coursework deadlines, so please tell me tips like ive read playing certain adhd study frequencies help im just fucked rn i need to lock in

get adhd meds like ritaline you will get it prescirbed if your already diagnosed. i start on ritaline tmrw im taking it for my exams lol but i will come back and tal you what i felt but ppl whitout ahdh shouldt take ritaline it gives the oppisite effect for normies
