Nicolae Miu was just enjoying a day on the river with his wife when he dropped his phone in the water and instead of helping him look for it a savage group of subhuman teens started attacking him. The video shows he clearly retaliated with a knife only in self defense yet now he is facing 97 years in prison. Although he will likely get a much lesser sentence hes already an old man at 54 so its practically a life sentence at this point.
This is how easy it happens in this country. Even if you're able to prove your innocence and avoid prison time the psychological toll and financial burden which is drawn out over years will destroy your spirit and leave you a former shell of yourself.
