Yes even I lost weight from 106 to 89 kgs but I'm struggling to go below because I keep hitting weight plateaus. I am exercising and eating the same but haven't lost a single pound in weeks because my body has lowered metabolism to cope with being starved for such a long pwriod

That’s the problem,

though I don’t know how much you eat so maybe there can be something wrong with your metabolism but bigger/fatter people require more calories, so when you lose weight if you want to continue losing you may have to slowly decrease the amount of calories you consume.
