A single genioplasty in the USA is usually $7K-10K, sometimes $12K-14K in a place like NYC/LA.

I actually was supposed to get bimax originally, I was in braces for years but one day when I went to see my oral surgeon he told me my orthodontist had botched my case and it was no longer an option. (Lesson here: Demand to be checked up on by your surgeon regularly. I went a couple years without seeing mine because I was assured the orthodontist knew exactly what to do.) Hence the two genioplasties to achieve the amount of advancement I was looking for. Would have preferred bimax, probably would be a little more proportional, but I’m happy with the improvement. Many ways to skin a cat.
