I haven’t found any reports of increased facial hair with adapalene. Tretinoin is your best bet with ample anecdotal evidence. Especially in conjunction with minoxidil, MSM, biotin and dermarolling

Thank you, I can read. It still works for many people, especially when they combine it with minoxidil.

I haven't looked into peelings yet but the guy in the op only did two sessions. I can recommend adding MSM though (orally). I'm taking it myself and all my hair has been getting longer and thicker. You can try applying it topically as well.
