Okay i took the measurements and angles.
His angle of convexity went from approximately 151 degrees to 154 degrees. The ideal is 168.8 +-4.4 (165 in caucasian).
So from the angle of convexity he is still recessed, so my theory of people still needing a jaw implant is correct to fix this issue.
His FDHR went from approximately 1.4 to 1.37 (1.25 is ideal in caucasians).
So basically the main improvements were just to his nose, but his nose wasn't even that bad before hand lets be real.
He mainly benefited because he had an overbite (deformed) and has now been made "normal".
He is angle frauding and light frauding this isn't even a proper side profile.

In conclusion, small improvement. He needed because he was deformed with overbite. Jaw implant still needed. Nose wasn't bad before but slight improvement.
