I have always struggled with calves , I have one of the shittiest calf genetics ever . Used to focus on them a lot in the gym , standing calf raises , calf raises on leg press , always managed to hypertrophy them, 3-4 times a week for months but 0 results, nothing works. They refused to grow.
Anyways, I bought a bike and started cycling lots of uphills, I swear in 1 month I gained insane amount of size on my calves, x10 than I ever achieved in the gym.
