Just a sign of ill maxillary support, fixing the consequences of poor jaw development will NEVER beat tackling the root problem, which is usally a downward grown maxila to whatever extent -> ill soft tissue support and muscular activation

Hypertrophying the eyes muscles is another fix to this tbh @retard + you can get some nice aeygol sal
