TL;DR:Chewing with your front teeth/premolars may cause CCW (counterclockwise) rotation of the maxilla, improving facial structure and under-eye support. A Redditor’s tennis ball chewing experiment showed wild results (Pics at the bottom). Theory supported by studies and r/orthotropics discussion.
CCW = Counterclockwise,
CW = Clockwise
Orbitals, Maxilla = Skull bones
Pictures of results included at the bottom.
The following post explores a theory about CCW rotation based on chewing with incisor, front teeth and premolars.
A member of the Reviv community asked me about a method that I discovered, but this isn’t what the post is about, this post is about an answer I came up to one of her questions but this answered derailed and led me to somewhere else, the following results you will see from chewing with your front teeth are mind blowing, and a Reddit member of r/orthotropics suggests this as well. in his post that I will provide shortly. the results you are about to see stems down from an individual chewing on a tennis ball with teeth in his front palate, although this may sound crazy, the results speak from themselves and studies provided below also suggest this as well, although I doubt they were inherently speaking about chewing on a tennis ball, hahaha. , {you are free to skip this part, the text below is from the redditor and studies are cited supporting his claim. Results are below

“Chewing on all of your teeths to balance the maxilla CW or CCW (theory)
Chewing with a molars pattern causes an increase in length by rotating the maxilla clockwise, this is due to when chewing with the molars it applies an upwards force to the back of the maxilla, when you an apply a force to one end of something, it will cause a rotation and in this case it rotates the maxilla clockwise
This is why despite being properly developed native americans have long midfaces and not top tier undereye support (as the maxilla rotates CW the orbitals move down reducing undereye support.) It is due to their strenuous chewing which thereby rotates their maxilla clockwise
Changes in maxilla rotation would be very slow you would have to chew for a long time to get results, but they can be attained nonetheless
you can counter this by chewing a more frontal part of the palate, like the premolars which would redistribute the force to a more centralized position and cause just an upwards translation with no rotation.

You are free to look more into the study yourself. I will provide you with results of an individual which I previously described as chewing on a tennis ball with his frontteeth, these results are mind blowing and show an incredible amount of CCW rotation.
Notes, I have lined areas in his face so that one may see the rotation he has achieved in a greater depth, as if it wasn’t apparent how much he has achieved hahah.
(The first photo of before results, only contains red lines, his results contain, blue and Red and purple.) and I will also include a more up to date photo of his.

PSA, if you think all he did was rotate his head downwards, if you have anteriorly rotated ears, like how he used to have, go in a mirror record urself and try tilting ur head so your ears are straight, you will see that’s not what he did. These are real results.
