And what’s brutal is that my life at 16 was terrible. I was friendless and khhv
I was praying that I would ascend as I got older

I look worse without facial hair. I look like a big bloated baby girl

I personally think incorrect habits (terrible posture, incorrect mewing, swallowing and chewing, breathing) as well as stress, daily fapping and lack of exercise and just poor hormone health and test estrogen balance is the result. I’ve become more recessed and downgrown

at the time I did the same but I was younger so I could get away with more stuff and also this picture is in the summer so I got more vitamin d and felt better

You’ve listed your issues, fix them. Mewing, swallowing and chewing won’t change your bone structure or projection once you’ve finished growing but mewing will make you mandible look more refined when performing mewing technique. Stress is a big factor for sure.

You did not lose noticeable bone mass in 2 years . You may be the same weight but have you lost muscle and replaced it with fat? Even if you’re the same weight clearly what looked fine before doesn’t anymore so you need to lose weight.

Eat clean and exercise and your t will naturally raise and fix ur posture.

Either you lost muscle and replaced it with fat, something in your diet that is bloating you like crazy or your fat pads were your salvation.

I think this is right. No other explanation. Your bones did not dissolve off your face and you did not become more downward grown or recessed.

Yes your weight may be the same but that doesn't mean much. Bone density effects it (bone density does not effect how you look at all, since it's within the bone itself), and muscle mass. Likely one of those 2 or both decreased and you fat mass has evidently increased.

Yup, you are right LOL. Unless maybe a chain of events where his lost several teeth and then had to resort to a soup diet because he could not chew and that caused the bone loss. But I highly doubt it.

Yeah, they both work the same, but reviv2 apparently lasts longer and it’s made of a diff material I suppose, and if it breaks you get a free replacement up to two times, but they both work the exact same and one is 30 dollars cheaper, but it builds up overtime for sure, also I think it shows true size on the reviv2 chart
