Genio seems to not make the mentolabial fold more prominent in the way that chin implants often do. I'm not sure why this happens, but that is what I've seen from results of the two procedures.

I didn't quite understand what the bone graft is, but maybe that's the cause of the improvement in the mentolabial fold. Extremely lifefuel as I thought genio couldn't save the mentolabial region

Bone grafting is usually needed for bigger movements (>5mm).
Genioplasty in general seems to be one of the most valuable surgeries for it's price, often leading to good visual improvements.
