While charm can come off as  natural (think of talent), given enough intelligence and observation skills it can be studied and imitated. In fact almost all socialisation is  imitation of socially accepted behaviours. I made a post earlier why I believe most people are NT and why it's largely irrelevant even if you aren't, barring extremes; socialisation and practice are far more important. This is why high IQ psychopaths/sociopaths can be great at charming people even if they lack empathy and natural inclination to be sociable (which is neurodivergent). Intelligent narcissists are similar in that they are great at manipulation and can come off as charming.
The problem is that most people are terrible at learning and applying themselves. If you're never talking to anyone you will never get better. The only cure to social anxiety is either practice or substance abuse.

I agree that it can be replicated, the main problem is how momentum based charisma is and how feedback loop oriented it is. If you're giga NT, then you have girls hanging off you, are invited to parties and events, and are constantly meeting new people. The success feeds upon the success and people like this speak with the aura OP is talking about.

If you rotted too long, you're gonna look awkward as fuck doing almost anything. Humans are exceptional at reading body language, and everything you do is gonna signal that you're forcing it and that your body desperately wants to scramble back to its cave. People overcome this, but the deeper in the isolation pit you are, the more brutal your growing pains will be. It also doesn't help that you probably have few friends or are starting from scratch with zero social mobility in this position, so you need to vulture in and bait ppl into inviting you to shit.

TLDR - do drugs to mimic the biochemistry of someone who's successful and didn't rotmax for years.
