1) Get into the habit of talking to yourself when thinking, download an app that records your voice 24/7 and converts it to text, then have it convert this text to image—>videos. Now have this information ran through an AI to compile data long-term
^
TLDR: permanent memory bank + another (much smarter) agent which knows a shit ton ab you and can think for you
2) Get really good at mental math (only hard at first, gets automated + effortless over time), will impress everyone and most everything breaks down to math anyway. You really just need to learn 1-9 of the basic operations.
^
So for example, if you memorize the answer to 8x8 you can figure out 88x88 or any higher bases by just applying the formula from elementary school and practicing until ur giga-fast at it.
^
BTW If you can’t do math quickly you’ll look retarded to normies
3) Split your identity into different characters over time (ex: if present me & future me were different people) and create a rich personal narrative from this to harvest for motivation. Every time you watch movie/listen to music/read book etc etc, ur reminded of this^ and motivated to improve yourself.
^
Lie to yourself when it’s useful, don’t be a moron and actually slip into delusion.
^
Ex: I’m currently at war with my past selves and their beliefs/systems, so when I’m trying to override a habit I imagine myself actually fighting someone and suddenly I’m bursting with energy.
BONUS
4) Create video games in your mind, which you can play anytime even if vegetable
5) When you know a decision is superior long-term but this isn’t enough to motivate you, instead of brute forcing or completely giving up put at least a tiny bit of effort into thinking about WHY you should do this thing.
^
basically, motivation depends on knowledge. You want to unwrap candy bar because you know there’s going to be something tasty inside. If you didn’t know this, you wouldn’t do that. So maximize knowledge, motivation not magic— be strategic.
6) Figure out what you want fundamentally (hint: emotion) otherwise your actions will not be optimal.
^
Ex: walking to kitchen not intrinsically valuable, given value by the food inside kitchen. Food itself is given value by pleasure eating/smelling it causes.
