Depends. Fillers have to be reapplied and can migrate. Also bimax can solve breathing issues by increasing airway improving quality of life.
Also bimax can solve some assemetry.

Filler results mog the shit out of implant results. I've seen so many amazing filler transformations like this one online but 90% of jaw implant results look like shit. Only problem is the migration/bloating, which everyone seems to have a different opinion on.

I don't know what to believe about filler migration. Some people say it will always happen, some say it won't happen if the injector knows what they're doing, some say it only happens if you get too much.
