That’s a feature if u don’t like it get it dissolves. They also last at least a 12-18 months depending on the type. It’s not hard getting them refilled or maintence isn’t hard. He increased his psl and didn’t get botched Kirk he would with implants . Paying more to not get botched and have no recovery is worth it just don’t be poor.

I used to be implant pilled but I see way more botched implants than fillers and you can just dissolve filler if u get bithed. Filler that lasts more than a year mogs just keep getting it refilled if ur legit recessed it won’t work obv get bimax then.
