I had a custom jaw implant with Dr Y in May. Before surgery I provided the doctor with very specific edited images show the Dr what I wanted and didnt want...

Was scrolling through this guy’s real self and saw this result. Looks pretty insane, shit jaw to literal male model jaw and side profile. Used to hate on implants but this is changing my mind lol. Thoughts?

I agree, seems the dude went pretty aggressive on the chin. In the xray, the chin implant was significantly past his skin.

I think Eppley's 25k is including custom zygo implants too, not 25k for only a custom jaw implant.

My thoughts are that any jaw implants dont work, they're a terrible idea.

They always look unnatural and 'off', even the well done ones. I would imagine they look more fake than in carefully selected pictures from endearing angles. Not to mention the high risk of infection and displacement over time (because your jaw moves a lot everyday, whereas zygos stay still).

If your jaw is recessed, get double jaw surgery. If its narrow, get chin wing. These have shown the most consistently natural results and the most improvements, they're also the same price or cheaper than custom jaw implants.

No implants give these levels of improvement or natural appearance (except jaw implants which are only a few millimetre projection, but even then they bulge unnaturally compared to an unaltered jaw)

Implants, while having a risk for infection, can be removed at any time and are more precise. Eppley has just sullied the reputation of implants with his comical designs. His jaw still has an extremely narrow shape to it, which is fundamentally unattractive on men.

A Looksmax improvement is never a waste of money, but I feel he would've got a far better value for his money with chin wing.
