MSE always improves general health and breathing which translates to sleeping as well. Even if you only improve your facial aesthetics by 5% on top of all that it's worth it.

I think thats just the nasal cavity. I think that goes back to dr mews theory that those with healthy craniofacial development have superior ability to breathe and exhale I wouldnt expect the actual soft tissue of the nose to grow just mostly the airways.

MSE is a massive failo if you have ongoing asymmetries, almost every1 gets asymmetries when they use MSE. so no it doesn’t fix asymmetry, my breathing is crystal clear, 0 blockage and exercising is 10x easier, my sleeping has improved a lot, no more snoring, and i sleep 10-12 hrs a day.
Right but I have this asymmetry where it's like everything beneath the eyes is slid over to the right, my left and right profiles are largely the same, but my 3/4 right mogs my 3/4 left to oblivion, and it's visible from the front quite easily but not as bad. I also have permanent nose blockage, especially when going to sleep, and it's really annoying, I also think it ties into the dark circles I've had since I got asthma when I was like 6. Never mouth breathed btw, but oral posture wasn't correct. So is it possible some how I could expand more on the left than the right? I thought it helped in correcting cross bit so if one side is underdeveloped it could correct it and actually be beneficial for asymmetry?
Okay this seems like a viable solution then, would it be okay if I PM you more in-depth sometime in the future? I need to slim down to 12%bf and lose some buccinator hypertrophy to get a clear view of the picture but I’m pretty sure I will be pursuing mse
