I don’t get it why is the country in such bad shape? Why aren't they putting their 1.4 billion population to work on fixing the infrastructure? It’s not like they have to go to war every decade

i think they starting to but it just takes time. i know they now have to toilets which is a major improvement compared to 10 years ago.
