Look closely. She actually doesn't have an upturned nose in the after and her nose bridge is quite high, quite a stark contrast against the low nose bridge, over rotated tip usually done in female rhinoplasties. That's what makes her rhinoplasty so good to me in comparison to others.

its a mix of women looking better than men + not many requirements to look good + lower inhib to get surgery when doc tells they need lefort 3 + smaller bones + thinner skin

but even visual female ascensions arent that many (there are like no smv woman ascensions)

Nose tip can be lowered with cartilage grafts. The original nose always has influence but AFAIK most of the time is the patient telling the surgeon "give me this upturned pixie nose" or the surgeon insisting in that kind of "celebrity nose". Raffaini has amazing eye for aesthetics and doesn't fall for those trends, and also the girl in the OP could have told him "do not give me an upturned pixie nose", which is also possible.

Yes, he has the best results I've ever seen.

I've read here he had cancer. I don't know if it is true or not, he seems to be taking patients looking at his Instagram. I hope he is well and lives for many, many more years.

Yeah he doesn't do implants and doesn't have many good male results
He is GOAT for rhinoplasty and soft tissue work IMO, his patients always have tremendous improvement in their noses and lips.
Look at the mouth areas, nose and soft tissues, god tier improvement:

I think it depends on your starting point and your aesthetic goals. He is the best for someone that is recessed but has an already wide jaw to begin with IMO. His best male result (his nephew) had a wide but recessed jaw and ascended like crazy:

The thing is, he won't make your jaw wider with bimax (from what I could see, but I could be wrong) like other surgeons do, and he doesn't work with implants. So if you have a narrow jaw and/or need midface/jaw implants in combination with bimax, he doesn't seem like the best option. For rhinoplasty alone or work done in the mouth area, I don't think I've seen a better surgeon tbh.
