Had a multivitamin, magnesium, vitamin d and boron
I just made spaghetti bolognese which contained the following:
- 3 onions
- 8 garlic cloves
- 250g minced beef
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp basil
- Half a stock cube
A real manly food every guy must eat.
Also I did have a coffee which contained 80 mg of caffeine and an energy drink with 41 mg of it. So it adds to 120 mg of caffeine
Might feel like ending my 6 day nofap streak.
