I saw it somewhere and it checks out my ex was very athletic and would miss periods all the time, it's probably cause they don't have any fat on their body and use all their energy in sports and shit you know. Their body is stressed and focuses solely on their physical performance and thus overlooks their biological functioning, that's what I assume at least.
