never got fillers or surgery yet, if you look at before pictures I already had wide gonions and cheekbones, just covered under severe bloat and fat from bad bulking, plus got rid of facial hair and fixed skin

My skin was beyond fucked, looked old asf for my actual age, so it was actually hardest to fix. Also permanently laser removed facial hair for smoother and younger look, also no more ingrown hair and inflamation from shaving.

Also mewing hard for 3 years slightly imrpoved forward projection and potentially increased width of bones.

Minoxmaxxing for brows and lashes and dying them darker. And minoxing/fin my hair which increased thickness and volume significantly.

And yeah, leanmaxxing and debloat, plus consistent diet for anti-aging and supps.
