Yeah. I got a genioplasty in 2021 for $8,700 in the Chicago area. PM me for the name. I've never heard of those doctors, but anything in NYC or LA is going to have a huge price premium.

It’s also easier to have a BBC fuck your wife in comparison to doing it yourself.

I honestly don’t mind paying like 15k if I know the surgeon won’t damage nerve and has very strong aesthetic eye. 5-7k extra not that much when you’re permanently altering bones

Maercks had the best results imo but he’s a bit crazy and shit talks other surgeons. Incredibly masc results tho

Do you really need to go to a top surgeon for a genioplasty? The sliding genio movement looks pretty simple, I think a good surgeon in my local area can achieve my desired results.

If your local surgeon is willing to do big movements. My local guy referred by my orthodontist said hes giving me 6mm horizontal and he doesnt do vertical JFL. The more expensive guy is doing 12mm horizontal 3 mm vertical
