I see bimax as a functional surgery, first and foremost, if you take that in consideration his life might actually have improved.

Nothing. He looked pretty good, now he looks solidly good. He's just not striking looking. No standout features

I was waiting for someone to say this. He literally looks like steve from Minecraft now.

In my opinion he should've gotten a standalone lefort 1 to fix his underbite but I wanted to see what PSLers thought of his decision to get a large DJS movement instead.

I've seen so many military guys who look like this. They're popular and charismatic. If he has one issue, it's maxillary width, but it's not a major issue.

I feel like surgeries don't help much because the people getting them don't usually meet the NT-threshold. It's just usually the type of guys to even do this type of stuff are kind of ND or not NT enough and on top of that imagine explaining that you got surgery and are naturally a lot worse looking -- could be a dealbreaker!
