Insanely Vivid Intrusive Thoughts

I have been getting very violent thoughts and scenarios playing in my head recently.

They are very vivid and usually I am the on doing something violent to specific people.

I dismissed it originally when it started about 10 months ago but it has gotten worse.

I need to stop this shit before it gets worse, anyone have any ideas?
