I’m 13 and currently around 1.56m. I’ve grown in the past years but I still feel insecure about my height.

I want to know if I still have a good chance to grow taller and what actually helps, Im from ecuador and everyone is short here but I still feel insecure, my dad is 1,79 and mom 1,52

Bro don't worry you are 13, don't listen to the retards telling you to take drugs or shit like that. All you have to do is eat well, sleep 7/8 hours and avoid going to bed too late and most importantly don't stress over useless bullshit like this. That's literally all you have to do, you don't even have bad genetics, your dad is 1,80 which is good. Just do what I said and stop worrying, trust me
