I’m 13 and currently around 1.56m. I’ve grown in the past years but I still feel insecure about my height.

I want to know if I still have a good chance to grow taller and what actually helps, Im from ecuador and everyone is short here but I still feel insecure, my dad is 1,79 and mom 1,52

You are 13, likely not in puberty even.
You shoulds stress yo death about It but its still important.
Just puberty max, maybe ask doctors help that you think you are short, thats It.
