Most koreans don't speak english that well. even among young people only 30% have a working understanding of english.

when i used dating apps in korea maybe 1/5 girls could say more than hey how are you, and the ones who did have good english lived abroad before

korean is a hard language for english speakers and vice versa

Sure, but English is the global language spoken and used by billions Korean is a minor isolated language with only 80 million speakers in the far east. And like 25 million of the speakers live in a shithole with no interaction with the world.

It's even outpacing Chinese in growth (which has 1.4 billion speakers and more practical use)

The Japanese are by far the worst English speakers in East Asia for some reason. Koreans and Chinese are better speakers for some reason. Maybe it's because the japs can't pronounce the letter R. (Japs are also the most aspie and introverted)

Yeah true but most Chinese people can't even say hello in English, at least japs will have basic retard english. depends on region tho. east coast chinese and hong kongers/taiwanese definitionly have better english

i'd say koreans are the best but they're even worse than pretty much all countries in europe
