Insight Chem DNP scam?

I was wondering if anyone has ever ordered off of Insight Chem before. From what I’ve seen its a legitimate website.

I bought DNP a few weeks ago from there and it says my package is still in processing. I’ve called the company, and emailed multiple times and have gotten no response.

Beginning to think my package is never coming. I’m going to attempt to refund it but it’ll be hard since these dudes can’t even respond to my emails.

Unfortunately I don’t have any other sources. Its been a month I heard nothing back
