It shouldn't. You're not gonna magically become 5cm shorter especially if youre growth plates are closed already.

one he is not italian, two bones if pressed dont go away, same for skin, if it would like that when u were a baby and walking with ur feet to the ground u would be shorter since ur pressing skin and bones to the ground, use logic

I think it can, but it's a very minimal difference; and also if you're going to the gym and working out your muscles won't adapt to lifts that quickly. I also don't believe you're going to be wearing lifts 24/7, but if you are do it in a smart way, get boots like timberlands and use insoles in those as you can level out the front of your foot too. Also use the gel ones and underneath that have something that will support your foot arch.

This is just plain dog water. All of his TikToks are fake. He even went further, trying to fix asymmetries with facial exercises.

He is coper than Jester Patel.

True, but he claims that it ruins your posture also
Well it will have an effect on your posture and ruin your tendons in your ancle a bit but you shouldn't wear the 24/7, only when going out or on dates. Also would recommend to do exercises to loosen the tendons in your foot a bit.

i have no idea tbh but im meeting a chiropracter on monday so ill ask him. I have been wearing them for like a year on and off but i would recommend to not wear them to school or to wear smaller ones. Def do not go above 5 cm and dont wear them for long times.

Alr will do, also buy some AF1's like the default ones, they give you like 2cm and are just a basic shoe, and watch your posture.
