I’m from Poland, I have the status of a mid-level Instagram influencer, I also make music, blue check mark. Still, I’ve noticed that it works… so-so. Even if a girl is clearly into it in real life - she’s excited, touches me, laughs, and gives me her Instagram without any resistance - after two or three messages the conversation just dies and I’m left on “delivered.”
I don’t mean it’s always like this, because there are girls who escalate on their own, even initiate, and are turned on by that kind of status. But girls like “normal, cute Polish students working part-time in a café” usually don’t take it further. And that’s often my target group.
It often ends with the girl not even opening my messages, but constantly checking my stories instead. That’s pretty irritating. After about a week I do a cleanup and unfollow the girls who ghosted me - and once they notice, they unfollow me too
What do you think about this? Is it better to just take the phone number instead? Like number mogs insta?
