social media influence on dating: as we move into the brutal ass 2026 dating market, social media has more and more of an influence on standards and general behaviour in searching for a partner. ESPECIALLY TikTok and IG so you must be able to conform to what normies want from you (sorry).
Why to do this: People's perception of you will be largely based off of pre-established info from your social media normally before even meeting you, thus having a good profile is extremely important; whether this be status, looks or even your character.

HOW ARE WE GOING TO DO THIS:
- profile picture: the first thing seen when someone clicks your profile, i would personally recommend a candid picture of yourself, whether it be in a good outfit, looking at a view or at a restaurant (all examples) but YOU should not be the focus of the picture, it should be, for example the outfit or meal.
- Frauding a profile picture: take a good selfie or picture of yourself, sometimes with a playful NT filter on and use that, this only works if you are lmtn or above and has the highest ROI out of any pfp
- BIO: this should be simple, keep it to the flag of the country you are from or nothing, keep it clean
- profile music for instagram: i would advise something that you like but is also slightly mainstream, dont make yourself look ND, this should NOT be something like heavy metal, hardtekk, hyperpop etc...
- highlights and stories: keep them clean, you want to appear high status, make sure the pictures are high quality and actually aesthetic. Furthermore, make sure to signal status or positive character traits. if you are good looking post yourself including your face, if not candids are still a great option to signal to women that you are confident. Make highlights to allow people to look at you and decide whether you are worthy of interaction.
- POSTS (important): i would advise not to post anything unless it HEAVILY signals status or how good looking you are, keep your social media clean and simple, this is where it will be the most effective.
