I benched 180kgs for 2 when i was 17 but i was 118kgs and powerlifting only at that time and my elbow wasnt drestoyed like now.

I feel I'm pretty strong for how I train tbh. Like sure there are people stronger than me at my gym but those are only dedicated power lifters whose entire routine consists of doing 3 or 5 rep maxes

I always do high reps on every exercise.
You have the same strenght a natty guy in my gym has at bench, he has good triceps so he can bench 110kgs for 6 or 7 and 100 for 10

Cutting, 108kgs not losing strenght losing fat i am 1 week into cutting lost 2 kgs bcs of fasting

Funny enough i ate only meat today and just Lunch, then fasted in the morning and night and i was fasted during the workout

Mirin , i stopped taking pre workout fyi , someone here told me about the raw milk + honey combo
My pre workout is always coffe and 1 cig.
Also when bulking i always drink 1 liter of milk intra workout and buy electrolite tablets and drink both during my workout.
When cutting i just drink water with the electrolite tablets

Yes I am bolivian bro and i am in bolivia, i have Brown eyes.
My cycle is equipoise with dianabol
600-800mg eq week and 5mg dianabol daily

It's kinda cheating tho. Overly arched and using too much of legs is something only powershitters do chasing the numbers

a moderate arch with leg drive, ass still on the bench, is proper form, not cheating

benching with ur legs wiggling around like ur getting suffocated under a pillow and or lacking an arch means ur structural integrity is abysmal, have shit stability, and less likely to keep ur shoulders at a safe angle

any experienced lifter is also laughing at anyone doing this

Bench press is so underrated exercise, most people do too much weight on it and snap themselves. Bench should be do for 20+ reps same with deadlifts. Or you are calling snap city

whts ur 1rm? Only seen one real impressive guy in all my time going to the gym doing 220kg for 2 reps (without arched back etc). Most juice users seem to just do high reps from what ive noticed.
