ive seen this on tt its so stupid and it genuely makes me mad how some ppl think it works, every tt ive seen where someone tries its always a before and before

Baking soda paste in your mouth cant absorb or flush out water retention your facial puffiness comes from circulation and fluid balance inside your body not from your cheek lining leaving baking soda against your gums just risks irritation and burns saying it “instantly debloats” is false and unsafe information </3

i would rather buy kshamis d-bloat then doing this bs
