Why it works:
Hypoxia (oxygen deprivation) triggers a panic shutdown, followed by a parasympathetic rebound that makes you dizzy and exhausted. Brain interprets as “we’re dying” → instant crash.

DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU HAVE HEART ISSUES.
- Lie down.
- Take a deep breath in, then breathe out everything and hold — don’t breathe in again.
- While holding breath:
→ Flex your entire body (like planking without moving)
→ Keep holding until you feel your face heat up and vision fuzz - When you hit the edge:
