Wasn’t even anything crazy, just 2 inches - 1 from a thick-soled NT normie athletic shoe, another from a 1 inch lift insert hidden under a normal orthotic insert.. I even made sure to wear a unicolor sock so my raised heel position wouldn’t easily give me away

But I guess a boost from 5’10” -> 6’0 is very noticeable to people who know you well.

Literally the first thing out of their mouth when seeing me - “Did you grow taller??!”

I mean duh if they see u everyday they have subconsciously noted your height

Even if u get taller by an inch they will notice it but maybe not say anything
