Here I'll rank the known list of looksmaxxes (hard and soft) in order of the most to least increase in your sexual market value – for my own convenience and to know where to begin.

ORDER:
Low effort high reward (tier 1) —> High effort high reward (tier 2) —> High effort low reward (aka cope) (tier 3)

TIER 1

So easy you might as well should have already been doing these.
  • Retin-A – God tier collagen if you stick with it. Of all retinoids rest don't even come close.
  • Latisse – Top tier eyelashes fast with regular use in few months. Lashes can ascend a mediocre eye area.
  • Finasteride – If even the slightest hint of hairloss. The norwood reaper shoots to kill not disarm.
  • Pro social drugs in limitation – cautious use of phenibut, not a looksmax per se but affects your inhib and you'll get more positive social feedback. Alcohol ages your skin and lowers your t so it's dogshit and stay away.
  • Fade type haircut for ethnics – Ethnics look better in short hair most of the time.
  • Minoxidil 5% – For beard growth if your jaw is weak. Oral administration is better but it tastes like crap and more sides.
  • Accutane if severe

Get a food scale, measure the weight of food quantity, check its calories and macros per weight of serving, monitor what you eat in an average day – then cut down 500 cal or 20% from your average maintenance for a couple of weeks. Note that starving yourself to get there will lose you muscle and you might look even worse even if you're leaner and destroy your metabolism in the process and lower your testosterone to a bitch with an eating disorder.
  • Jaw implants, genioplasty or corrective jaw surgery (bimax, BSSO, etc.), distractive osteogenesis if needed
  • Gymcelling muscle building, improved testosterone.
  • Gymcelling with steroids. Obvious. Trade-off not worth your hairline though. Don't do if manlet, natty gymcelling isn't that obvious but you will look ridiculous if you are 5'5" roided.
  • Optimising diet ideal amount of protein etc
  • Height lengthening with internal nail if you are rich manlet (8-13 cm)

Mewing might be cope for getting a jawline but regardless it’s good to always keep your tongue in the correct position
