I used to have these binge attacks where i just wanted to idk, swallow q living cow, so what i used to do is just go to the mall, buy food I wanted etc and give it randomly, either a friend or even homeless ppl, it wasn't an insane amount but it wasn't misery either

Cant relate tbh, I don't really have urges to binge, but I do have craves i satisfy with energy drinks, mostly giga low calorie monster energies. Don't buy junk at all and then you can’t binge at all, unless you binge on 5 steaks jfl

nah i resist craves but there's just some days after I fast that i genuinely have to eat something otherwise I'll go insane

I’ve low key done that b4 on ground beef. I don’t have the financial capabilities to have 5 steaks a day.

Don't buy junk at all and then you can’t binge at all
Just don’t be a uni student with shops a 5 minute walk away tbh with everything you cold ever want.

I am not a uni student but I do have this issue:ogre:, tbh it's all about self control and some sneaky sema injection:feelshah:. Also the fact that most of the time after I eat slop my stomach feels like shit helps, my body helps me for once basically disliking them:lul:

I think as gay as it sounds my food relationship got fucked. Like it I was in a deficit for a while and had returned to normal eating but the cravings were insane. Was a few months ago. This time I could not be fucked with muh willpower.

In all fairness I think GLP-1 somewhat resolved the issue, as in my dopamine signalling from food had been chanced since there have been periods where I’ve been off them and haven’t really had much desire to goyslopmax, but if i somehow do end up slopmaxxing, its over for the calorie intake tbh.

Yeah based you did well to hop on, sounds like shit to have insane cravings. How much did you raise the calories going from deficit to maintenance mode? It’s a thing I don't understand well ngl because as you lose weight and get smaller your body also need less calories to work, my old maintenance could never be my new one, no?

Sucks hard tbh, especially if you have a social life where most people eat goyslop 24/7 and if you don’t eat some in certain occasions you will seem non NT. I had this problem when I was like in pre puberty, i used to goyslopmaxx like crazy now I can't handle it:feelsrope:

Yeah, people think their metabolism or thyroid or some shit got crushed. That’s extraordinary cope. As you said your just smaller so you are going to be burning less calories on average. I usually just go 500 less than what my maintenance used to be and asses my weight over the next week or two then go from there.

When I was on a heavy calorie deficit and was out eating with friends etc, people used to think i’m a machine or some shit. Like I would eat a metric tone of food because, tbh restricting when with ppl you look like a fag, so i went all out.

I was with a girl once and she saw me eat an entire chocolate cake almost. It said it served 12 people JFL. Obviously I was restricting for a while and hadn’t tasted anything sweet in fucking ages. I was pretty lean so she was thinking how the fuck am i very lean while eating like 6k calories of cake at one. She blamed it on “good genetics” and “fast metabolism” little does the retard know I have been feeling like i’m starving for the whole month prior JFL.
