Bimax means a lefort 1 + bsso.

If you only want a lefort , then you need to have an underbite currently. Your bottom teeth must be further away from your top.

You don't have a noticeable underbite, so they either have to

1) Move both your lower and upper jaw, hence the bimax

2) Artificially create an underbite via braces, so you have a gap to move your upper jaw.

Bimax will not fix your problem of midface recession and zygos 404, it will make it worse.

This is more or less what your will look like

Your nose is already upturned and it will upturn it even more. Your jaws already protrude past your glagella and further jaw protrusion will dogmaxx you.

If zygos are your issue, advancing the midface will make them even more recessed.

You will get this type of face shape if you proceed with what you are about to do.

my problem is that on one side my face is decrntly forward grown and on the other its recessed slightly. even chatgpt calls me recessed on that side tbh

I think he would need fat grafts after the implant if it reveals, also i have seen many results where fat grafts emulate the looks of implants and better, but ofc with aging it will be bad, so i think a mix of both would be ok for him.
