Diet is hella stressful for me nowadays. I’m tryna avoid seed oils, UPFs and sugar so I have to stand in the supermarket like a retard reading ingredient lists seeing as almost every item of food nowadays contains Jewish chemicals

Usually theres a butcher who grounds it up
A few supermarkets dont have that though
Lidl for instance
And you can just choose what kind of meat you want
